When your clients have a claim they contact you for help in making the claim. This may require you to
obtain pertinent facts from the client, advise on whether the claim is likely to be valid depending on policy cover, and assist the client in completing a claims form.

Your client is usually asked to obtain at least 2 quotes from builders – this can be a BIG problem because builders tend to deter from insurance jobs because of vulnerability of not being chosen and delayed payments.
